With 6 spaces for hire, Jubilee Park Stadium can accommodate everything from a small boardroom meeting to an event with 150 seated or up to 200 standing, all looking down on our Show Court with blinds for either privacy or full viewing.

From interactive whiteboards to state-of-the-art sound systems, large projector screens and more, we will ensure your meetings and presentations are set up with the tools necessary to deliver a modern and impressive presentation.

Each space is set up with its own audio-visual provisions accompanying individual sophisticated controls for lighting, sound, projection, TV and temperature. Hearing augmentation is also available for any guests that are hearing impaired, and we can set up for our full events with a stage and lectern.

Whatever you’re imagining, we will work with you to create a customised event that suits your budget and preferences.

Absolutely. We’re strongly encouraging bookings Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Perfect for meetings, seminars, training sessions or functions. Weekend bookings are also available, subject to availability.

Our aim is flexibility. If your guests change or your schedule shifts, just contact us as soon as possible. Details on cancellation terms will be provided in the hire agreement. (In short: the earlier, the better.)

Yes. Free and ample on-site parking is available at Jubilee Park Stadium for your event attendees. (We’ll provide directions and any specific instructions when you book.)

Yes, our venue is designed for accessibility, including hearing augmentation systems for guests who are hearing impaired.

You are welcome to add your own finishing touches, think floral displays, event branding, ambient lighting, but we ask that decorations are installed safely and in line with our venue’s guidelines. We do not allow external catering vendors.

Plenty! We can arrange theatre style seating for up to 150, U-shape or boardroom setups for around 15, or round tables for 130 guests. Need breakout spaces? No problem, we’re flexible and happy to tailor the layout to suit your event style and group size
