Jubilee Park Stadium boasts two First Aid rooms: one of which is accessible throughout all competitions, and the other which serves as an elite First Aid and Recovery facility for our VNL Peninsula Waves and other top-level sports.
Both climate-controlled rooms have been fitted out with a defibrillator, wheelchair, treatment table, ice machines and private areas for consultations, with a physiotherapist on site on Saturday afternoons throughout the winter netball competition and for larger netball tournaments and events.
In addition to this, our Peninsula Waves also have access to stationary bikes, weights, mats, rollers and ice baths in their Recovery Rooms. These facilities and amenities are available for hire by other elite sports and events by contacting the Centre.
We are proud to continue our partnership with the team from Peninsula Sports Medicine Group as our preferred allied health partner. They are the industry’s best for sports medicine and professional injury management and advice, and are our primary carers for our Peninsula Waves elite athletes. If you are looking for quality physiotherapy and allied health expertise, be sure to visit our partners at any of their five locations throughout the Peninsula.
If you are in need of strapping tape, rollers or resistance bands, you can find a range of items at reception or through our online shop. Please find a full list of what is available on our merchandise page of the website.
If you would like to discuss access to any of our First Aid and Recovery facilities, please contact us via our online form and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
