FDNA is proud to host a grassroots netball coaching clinic this October, presented by coach developer Darren Anderson.
Darren has delivered coaching resources and workshops for Netball Australia and Netball NSW over many years, with a strong focus on Woolworths NetSetGO and junior netball. He has been mentoring FDNA’s Kinder Squad coaches in 2026, and now all coaches at FDNA can access his tips and strategies for delivering fun and effective netball trainings.
This free clinic will give coaches practical tips for how to:
- deliver engaging and developmentally-appropriate training sessions;
- teach fundamental netball skills and decision-making using a games-based approach; and
- develop creative and confident youth netballers
All coaches in attendance will receive notes from the session.
The clinic is ideal for coaches of Set, Go, and 11U teams within FDNA competitions, and coaches seeking a refresher on modern youth coaching principles.
